I was inspired by Kali’s epic Space Mariner to draw my own space lady… and though perhaps she’s not as fierce looking as Kali’s, I still like her. Also, per popular demand, I made a  little tutorial of my process with this painting, which you can find here. I should note that I got a little lazy with it though… I’m not normally so heavy-handed with the texture or the lens flare… and I usually try to paint it up a bit more, but you can see my general process. Ten points to anyone who can spot the West Wing and Star Trek Easter eggs poorly hidden in this painting. :)
